General
These terms apply to all bookings made through our website, phone, or in person.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to rent a car.
A valid driving license with at least 1 year of driving experience is mandatory.
Only the person(s) listed in the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.
Booking & Payments
Bookings can be made online or by phone and are subject to availability.
Full payment or an advance (as per the booking policy) must be made to confirm the booking.
We accept digital payments (UPI, cards, wallets) and bank transfers.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of vehicle pickup.
The amount varies by vehicle and rental duration.
The deposit will be refunded after vehicle inspection (usually within 2–7 working days).
Vehicle Usage
Vehicles must only be used for lawful purposes.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
The vehicle must not be used for racing, towing, off-roading, or any commercial use unless pre-approved.
The renter is responsible for fuel, toll, parking, and any traffic challans incurred during the rental period.
Pickup & Return
Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the agreed time and location.
Late return may attract additional hourly or full-day charges.
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as rented (including fuel level and cleanliness).
Cancellation & Refunds
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may attract a penalty.
No refunds for early return of the vehicle.
Damages & Accidents
The renter is liable for any damage, theft, or accident occurring during the rental period unless covered under insurance.
In case of an accident, inform us immediately and file an FIR with local authorities if required.
Minor damages not covered by insurance must be borne by the renter.
Insurance
All vehicles are covered under standard motor insurance.
Insurance does not cover damages due to driver negligence, drunk driving, off-roading, or unauthorized usage.
The renter is responsible for paying the insurance deductible in case of a claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a rental agreement immediately if:
Terms are violated or the renter is uncooperative.
Fake documents are submitted.
The vehicle is misused or used for illegal activities.
Liability
We are not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage arising during the rental.
Any technical breakdown will be addressed promptly, but we do not guarantee a replacement vehicle in remote areas.
